Vulnerable Children and Youth Action (VCAYA) is our supporting organization. The organization was founded in 2014 by Kevin Spencer and Sean and Susan O'Rourke and Mary Burke after their first trip to Uganda to further develop their understanding of children with disabilities in underdeveloped countries.
The organization supports vulnerable communities and has provided clean water wells, education revision, and sanitation for underdeveloped communities in Africa and Central America. The founders along with several volunteers have visitied and assessed the needs of the trash dump community.
Kara Westermann has begun to work with individuals in the community on the Beauty for Ashes Project and works with women and children there. She workks together with the founders of VCAYA to better the community. The organization continues to volunteer their services and resources to many vulnerable populations across the world
